Request to Reserve Property

Please use below 'Reserve Property' form to request to reserve your 'House & Land Package' or 'Land Lot' in one of our vibrant communities.

Upon receiving your request, the Consultant managing the property will communicate with you to explain the process involved, applicable deposit amount and payment methods. Once the necessary paperwork finalised and deposit payment made, we will reserve the requested property.

Building a House is a journey. Thank you for taking the first step by requesting us to reserve your ‘Home & Land Package’. As a professional Real Estate business, we wish to explain our Property Reserve Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer, so that you have a clear understanding of our property reserving process.  Property Reservation Terms & Conditions:
1. Land Lots are subject to availability. (Land lots are available when above House & Land Packages are advertised, however, may not be available at the time of your enquiry)
2. The House & Land Package Prices do not include transfer duty, settlement costs, community infrastructure levies imposed, or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land.  
3. House & Land Package Prices and information are subject to change at any time, without notice.
4. The house is to be constructed
5. We consider your ‘Property Reserve Request’ as ‘registering your interest’ to a specific House & Land Package which we have advertised. Upon receiving your reservation request, the consultant managing the property will communicate with you and explain the ‘House & Land Package’ reserving process, the applicable deposit amount and deposit payment method (this website does not handle financial transactions and payments). The property reserving will be confirmed only after paying the applicable deposit and finalizing the related paperwork. Until the property reserving is confirmed, the House and Land Package is considered as ‘not reserved’
