Our administration department will be with you every step of the way to effectively manage contracts from deposit to closure of sale.

VHLS will be in regular contact with purchasers at key critical points to ensure a seamless process and to minimise risks.

This critical support will include the administration of all contracts and deposit monies, financial management of deposits, administration of all fund transfers and completion of legal correspondence and contract processes.

We will also manage purchaser records, provide full and transparent reporting and ensure that all contractual and legislative obligations are met.

Appraisal Requests

A property appraisal is an easy and convenient way to understand the current situation of the local property market to get a better understanding of your net worth.
