We offer you a range of Speciality Disability Accommodations (SDA) in Melbourne's South East suburbs. Our SDA Homes have accessible features and facilities for residents to live independently, built by SDA developers & builders.

SDA house designs are certified to SDA category compliance by accredited SDA Assessors, to ensure that the designs and the house builts comply with all specified requirements of the SDA  Design Standards.

Turnkey Houses we offer will be built in highly sought-after communities within Melbourne South East Suburbs.

 

Accommodation Without Barriers

SDA design standard has 4 categories:

  • Improved Liveability (IL)
  • Robust (R)
  • Fully Accessible (FA) and
  • High Physical Support (HPS).

Most of our SDA houses are compiled to HPS or FA standards. Whilst we offer SDA Houses within our estates to investors, we are not an SDA Provider (SDA Providers are property managers for the SDA Property).

 

Support Independent Living Provider (SIL)

SIL provider supervises and provides support for SDA accommodation occupants with daily living activities through the day and night, 7 days a week. This is for occupants with higher support needs and requires support at home all the time.

The objective is to assist occupants to live independently as much as possible and provide required assistance to build up this capability, skills and capacity.
Most of our SDA Homes provide accommodation (room) for On-site Overnight Assistants (OOA).
